is there any way to use auto actions plugin for joomla user custom fields?
For example: A joomla user custom field should be filled in with the link to the user profile automatically?

If there's a Joomla event for that then sure. Prefix Joomla events with joomla_ in CB Auto Actions if you want your auto action to act on a Joomla event. Note this requires the CB Auto Actions system plugin in Extensions > Plugins to be installed, published, and public.
