UDDEIM attachment (image) is downloadable, but can´t open image

User can send attachments with the uddeIM PMS. The download of the attachment (for example a jpg picture) ist possible and the download process works fine. But I can´t open this file/image with the computer. It looks like a broken file.

Enclosed you can find such a file/image.

Any ideas what can cause this "destroyed" file?

We're not the developers of UddeIM so I've no idea. The internal PMS model doesn't support attachments if you're not actually using UddeIM. If you are using UddeIM please post your issue to the below forums.

I would love to use the internal PMS. But we need the possibility to send attachments. It would be great if you plan a solution for sending attachments (or integration in the gallery: only selected user can see a file/imge/video).

Attachments for internal PMS is planned to be supported by CB Gallery. I don't have a timeframe for this implementation though.
