Connection request rejected notification

The Auto Action we created to send email notification that a connection request was denied is now working and sending in the language appropriate to the receiver.

Feature Request: Please make all CB and related plugin email notifications always include EMAIL_NOTE_AUTOMATIC_GENERATION

As you will well understand, it can be overwhelming to go through and find all instances of the email footer in every CBSubs mailer and plan related notification and auto action, etc. where it has been added manually when we make a single change to the email footer (in 2 languages).
