Integration to update field after subscription status changes

Hi,I have defined the following rule for one of my plans:


I noticed that recently this rule does not work anymore.

In fact, on renewal the field is cleared and not updated.

What could be causing this ?

Regarding your issue I'm not seeing any changes made to the CBSubs Fields integration. Last change was 10 months ago. Are you sure something else isn't causing that fields value to be saved as well? An auto action configured in CB Auto Actions maybe?

We do not have CB Auto Action.
Maybe this is related to the fact that we had installed the version of CB that you guys rolled back because it corrupted the configuration.
I had to reset several configuration settings after removing that build.
If it helps, then I can give you admin access to the backend.

Shouldn't have any impact on this since CBSubs configuration is stored externally.

What type of plan is that on? Subscription, Merchandise, or Donation and if Subscription is the plan a lifetime plan? What type of field are you trying to set the value of? That likely will only work against a Text fieldtype. I've retested the integration and seams to work fine in my tests.

This is a subscription plan with a 1 year validity.
The field type is Datetime.
Now that you mention it: this may have been a Date field before, but that caused weird rounding, so I changed it to DateTime.
Do you think it would be a good idea to change the field to Text ?

You won't be able to store that to a Date or DateTime field since both fields expect a SQL formatted data, but that substitution will output with localized formatting already applied so you'll have to use a Text field.
