Some questions relate the the Private Message System (Internal):

1) Can the Message and Moderate Menu links be moved to another display position?

2) Is The Quick Message tab (As seen in photos) essentially doing the same thing as "Send Private Message" in the top menu link? Just looking at whether both are necessary

3) Is there info or template layout reference file somewhere that shows all the positions available in a display?
