HTTP Error 503

HTTP Error 503 was created by Danstyp
I upgraded joomla 1.6.3 to 1.7. Unfortunately cbsubsbot (CBsubs)caused such problem when I tried to get to admin site:
The web page at www.lexsuperior.co.uk/administrator/index.php?option=com_comprofiler is currently unavailable. It may be overloaded or down for maintenance.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this web page later.
HTTP Error 503 (Service Unavailable): The server is currently unable to handle the request. This code indicates that this is a temporary condition and that the server will be up again after a delay.
This is happening notwithstanding the version of CBSubs. After upgrading from 1.1.2 to 1.2.2 the problem still exists. HTTP 503 error disappears immediately after I disable cbsubsbot plugin in my database. And after I enable error occurs again immediately.
I have no idea what to do next because that error makes no sense to use CB Subscriptions at all.
