I created a subscription for service, no shipping included. But when the purchase was completed, PayPal charged for shipping? How did this happen and where is the settings to turn it off?

I'm editing this post as I have solved the Error 4020 by plugging in my PayPal Identity Token information.

I just need for subscription to not charge shipping. So if anybody can direct me where the shipping settings are, that would be really helpful. Thanks!
