Hello, I'm new to CBsubs and I get the following messages:
1. "getObject of object types cbpaidProduct id 1 failed."
2. "loadSomething::plan id: 1 is missing in database for subscription id: 6"
The payment via PayPal seems to work.
I have had a testplan with id 1 and I deleted the plan after the testwork. How can I get rid of this messages?

Means you removed a plan that has a subscription to it.
I do not think you can do this from the user interface. Did you directly remove this drom database?

Hello Nick,
I Think I've found the reason. There has been a promotion in place for the testplan which didn't exist anymore. I have deactivatet the promotion in the general settings and the error massage didn't appear since them.
