Enabling of account after off-line payment

Edit your offline gateway and ensure "Payment selection leads to following order state:" is set as necessary. Also check within Extensions > Plug-ins to see if you've any 3rd party user, system, or authentication plugins that could conflict and result in them not being enabled.

"Payment selection leads to following order state" is set to "Pending with completion in CBSubs admin area Payment Baskets" as expected. I'm not sure what sort of plugins to look for that might confict. I have ACYmailing, CB Profile Pro, Ari Data Tables. Should I send you login details?

All of them could, you'd need to enable/disable them 1 by 1 until issue resolves; if it resolves at all of course. Once done performing this step and if issue persists please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

It's due to your usergroup usage. CBSubs only seams to enabling those that are in the default groups. For example if I set your registration usergroup back to "Registered" it works perfectly fine. Looks to be a bug in the gateway specifically and have created bug ticket #3666 for further investigation. My suggested workaround is set the registration usergroup to "Registered" and use that instead of "Members".
