Hi everybody,

I think I have problems with the settings of my plan, cause a part of users have an expiration date and no automatic renewal whereas it should be the case.
So at the end of their plan, subscription stops...


I have a plan for 2.49€ with renewal by Paypal every months. Validity 1 month. Unlimited recurrence.


Today I have 88 users with expired plan, how is it possible with an automatic renewal plan?

In which field must I fix the problem?

Question... If Recuring Payment from Paypal account stop, is it possible to change cbsubs to expire at the ens of validity plan?
