Here's an idea. How about set-up a donation fund with a thermometer for really important projects that the community wants to see happen. That way many different people can pay into supporting one thing. I would throw in 50 bucks toward this and I know many others would probably donate towards it. If you set a money threshold, that once it is reached you will start work on the feature then we all can individually consider how much we are willing to donate to get this done.
