I am using CB Subs 3.0

Community Builder 1.9

I am unable to get the folder access to work with CB Subscriptions.
The folder I want to protect is images/interact/t500
I created an .htaccess with a deny all and placed it in the above folder
My plan referenced the above folder which was recognized and write-able
I subscribed to the plan from the front end
I logged in, logged out, logged back in.
No htpasswd file was created in the folder
The folder still gives a 403 forbidden error from the .htaccess file.
Please help!
