when you are tracking down a "You are not authorized to view this resource" issue you need to first figure out which resource is causing the problem. The resource is usually pinpointed by looking at the URL in your browser when you encounter this message.
So please post a test site url and a test account (if needed) to illustrate the problem and to get people motivated to help out ... otherwise be prepared to watch your cry for help go unanswered ...
