Error occurred during the moving of the uploaded file.
This is the text I get, every time I try to upload an image for a user. Any suggestions?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Ahh! Figured it out. Have to change the permissions on the ROOT image folder.

Yeah I tried that and it did nothing. Still have the same error..
