I'm trying to create a very simple form and was wondering if I really need something as powerful and complex to use as CB.

I want to create a simple inquiry form that has the following fields:

Surname -
Business -
Email -
Phone -
Request-

*Yellow Pages *Search Engine *Advertisement/Signage *Word of mouth *or other (please specify)

SUBMIT

My question is how quick is it to learn how to install and set up something like this.. as I don't really have the time if is complex. and if it does take some time to do.. then what alternative is there?
