I would like to add fields in the search CBSubs subscription or payment (first name, custom fields, phone ...)
Is it possible ?

Not possible without modifying the existing XML files, which you will lose those modifications everytime you update, or by creating a new CB plugin that extends the XML views. Neither are particularly easy to implement unless you're familiar with XML and creating CB plugins. There is also no export functionality in CBSubs at this time.
