I'm having problems getting CB configured properly. The issue I'm having is that the Pending Approval email is sent at the same time the Welcome email is sent, before the actual takes place.

What switch actually triggers the Welcome email?

I currently have CB 1.02 installed.

Moving thread to CB 1.0 forum (was posted in CB 1.1 forum).

Please get the documentation, it explains all of that in great details. Link is on top of side-column. ;)

CB is very flexible in workflows.
