Hi

We had a problem recently with a new user who was unable to register on our site. He filled in the registration form several times, but each time he was taken back to the registration form. He is using an AOL email address - I understand there are sometimes issues with AOL users, so could this be something to do with it?

Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, how did they fix it? Our site is new so we don't want this to deter people from signing up!

We are using Joomla 1.0.12 and CB 1.02

I'd be very grateful for any advice.

P.S. We added him from the backend and he has been able to log in ok now.

OK - understand the backend - but how can the user change his password to be private? I have had this problem also - user has problem changing password. What other AOL problem have been noted?
