I've had CB up for over a year and the other day a new user tried to register and received the following message:

Web site declined to show the web page. Cause: web site required that you login. HTTP error 403 Forbidden Program was able to connect to web site, but it does not have permission to view the web page.

She indicated that she was using IE 7 and Vista ultimate.

I was able to register using both Firefox 2.0.0.9 and IE 6.0.2800.1106 under W2K.

I am currently using Joomla 1.0.11 and CB 1.0.2

Is this a known problem that a new version will fix? I couldn't find anything in the forum related to it. I am not using any versions of SEF.
