I am working with CB 1.1 on Joomla 1.x. (Not 1.5).
I have all the fields set in the backend, and visible. The diagnostic tool reports everything green.

Yet, when I try to reach the registration page of Community builder, it doesn't show ANY fields. Just shows the description of what each icon means on the top and bottom, and the header:
"registration".

Nothing else.

The fields are clearly present in the database.

Any help will be appreciated.
