Gallery repository could not be created!

Gallery repository could not be created! was created by squirt
Hi,
Just installed this great plugin with no problems, untill I try to upload images. The user gets the following message:
Gallery repository could not be created! Please notify system admin!
I've cx moded the Compprofiler and the plug_cbprofilegallery files to 777 but still no luck, could anyone give me a steer, it would be mucho appreciated.

Permissions in your images/comprofiler/plug_profilegallery are not allowing the creation of user subfolders.
