open_basedir error when trying to upload image

Everything was working fine, after I installed joomla!fish, and an additional CB language pack, I no longer can upload images. My vhost.conf file does have the correct path. Here's the error I get:

Warning: filesize(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp/phpgKqtjB) is not within the allowed path(s): (/path/to/my/site/httpdocs) in /path/to/my/site/httpdocs/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbprofilegallery/cb.profilegallery.php on line 278

Any ideas?

does this mean that you can no longer upload a profile avatar either?

no, I can upload avatars, just can not upload to gallery. Now I uninstalled the CB Gallery plugin and the module and did a reinstall. This time I got an SQL error, probably because I needed to delete something from the database as well when I uninstalled the plugin.

The SQL error reads:
SQL error on field store2: moscomprofilerfields::store failed
Duplicate column name \'cb_pgdisplayformat\' SQL=ALTER TABLE `jos_comprofiler` ADD `cb_pgdisplayformat` VARCHAR(255)

But the overall installation of the plugin seems to be a success.

Any changes I should do to the database manually?
