have not started on this yet - no ETA.
also not sure if it will be offered free (just considering) - how much would you be willing to pay for this?

 oh someone smells the taste of money:woohoo::dry:

Because i have payed for mikes invite modul?

do you know that my "business Club" is free of charge?;)

But comming to your question,
i think thats it is ok to pay for good work.

your pricing must be realistic.

mike took 50 bugs for a component that is a main feature from my point of view. i also payed 50 bugs for a bundle of templates from rocked theme.

both things are key factors for me.

streaming you tube in the profile would be nice to have.
and yes i would like it.

so, coming to the pricing:dry:

this is your market: 35120 registered user
i would expect that you have an effort of 1 whole day work.
and a second for future maintenance / feature requests.
(could be that you already finished the work and won't say)

I would estimate that nearly 10% of 35120 registered users would pay if the pricing is ok.

If you took $10 you would earn $3.512
For this it would be ok to work a whole month, from my point of view.

when you look agai to mike, he also take 10 bugs for his connection modul.

I think it would be ok for all partys to come to such a pricing:

$5 for a little plugin / mambot
like CB author mambot or log ip plug in

&10 for a nice modul / little feature
like your CB Profile Gallery / Guestbook

$15-50 for real FAT extensions

Why not make a business with your community builder as a free base and sell some features from different developers on one consolidated website or make a Community Builder CLub like the guys from rockedhteme.

Back to your question: I would pay you $10 and you can get $3.502 more from the other guys:silly:

wow - didnt expect a thesis - but good to know what some people are thinking.

I disagree with your estimations - profilebook and cb gallery are fat extensions.

Also in theory the 35K population of this site could support your assumptions - but unfortunately things are not so in the real world.

Getting back to the yutube plugin - once i get around to it i will offer it for free as i did the cb gallery plugin and the autowelcome plugin following the rest of the CB team which offered their work on CB and the rest of the CB Team releases for free. No estimation or timeframe for development.
