Configurating CB AutoWelcome Plugin was created by rocknolds

I have CB 1.1 on my Joomla 1.0.13

Have successfull installed 1.0.1_plug_cbautowelcome.zip

My problem is I cannot locate where to configure this plugin at the back end.

Any help is appreciated.
