Can't see CP under Components Menu

Can't see CP under Components Menu was created by smartcard
After installing the CP, I can not find it under the Components.

When I tried Register new, I am getting the following error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /home/myacc1/public_html/web/components/com_comprofiler/comprofiler.php on line 33
