I did a quick search but couldn't find the answer.

I have created a website for our church video team and we use community builder. We need a way for each of the users to go to the website and email the entire group that is registered on the site.

Is their a simple way to do this or perhaps a plugin?

Yes we are a private group. No outside visitors will have access to this.

1.) use a private messaging system (PMS)
example uddim

2.) use a newsletter system
example acajoom

look at extensions.joomla.org to find the downloads
try severall and find the best fitting solution for your requirements

I am part of a private group of videographers that work for a local church, our website is just for our staff no others.

I would like our team to be able to go to a page in our site where they can send an announcement or request to the entire team, and all members would recieve the request via email.

Sending individual emails would defeat the purpose of what I am trying to accomplish.

Preferably I would like to have a simple form or contact page. I have looked at newsletter, form and community builder extensions and short of trying them all out, I have no clue which would do the trick.

If anybody has any suggestions it would be much appriecated.
