hello,
how can i add more options to the registration form like "is a friend of the administrator" with an "yes/no" selection field?
i use the standard login module that is in the CB 1.1 full package...

yes of course you can.
see CB field management backend to see how you can add new fields.
you can experiment to see how it works or save some time and support further cb development by subscribing to the detailed documentation service (see frontpage Subscription Service).
