Question Marks Where Icons should be...

Question Marks Where Icons should be... was created by ewillison
I've followed the install "Read Me" to the letter.... (Or so I think:whistle:)
Anyway, all my Icons used in CB just come up as Question marks. Where have I gone wrong?
Joomla version: 1.0.13
CB Version:CB1.1.0
I thought about uploading the files directly to the necessary folder but they were all there and I didn't have access rights anyway.
Everything else seems to be working, but there is a disconnect somewhere to with icons path... Or so I figure.
When I click on an image in the comporfiler/gallery I get this error code.
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /images/comprofiler/gallery/dog.gif on this server.
You may need to create an index.html page or enable the directory browsing by creating an .htaccess file containing "Options +Indexes".
Is this my problem?
What is a Newbee CBer to do?
