i can use search features except one field. one field is inactive and i cannot change field so i cannot make search. what should i do? how can i edit this field?

no it iss active only in registration. but inactive in search. and i just realized that field cannot be changed by "profile update".

i have solved the problem!

i changed the "user read only?=yes" to "no" then fields became available to update and search.
