Hi,

I currently have two CB components installed on two directories (i.e. root/client1/ and root/client2/). However, I only wish to use the populated database source on the original install (i.e. root/joomla/). How can I have both client CB components from the client sites access the original CB database?

I imagine I would simply re-configure the database source of any CB database queries for the two client sites so they query the initial populated database.

Has anyone attempted this task? How can this be done?

Elearningforce.de offers several multisites components. I would assume that this is the easiest way to do what you want.

Setting up sycnhronization between two sites is quite complicated, so if you appreciate your time, buying this component is probably the best option. (disclaimer: I have not used any multisites components)
