Just wondering if you can load super duper large photos into CB profile?

I made a basic joomla site, with CB, DTReg and alot of other things. I can load images fine and so can other ppl. But one person sent me a mail they trying to load an image 3000x3000 = stupid in my books.

After you try load it it goes to a blank white webpage and does nothing.

Is there a way to increase size of allowed images.
