Many thanks for the response NANT, but I'm sorry to report that this has not helped me out in anyway yet.

I turned debug on and tried to log in, then looked at the source code the page generated and saw nothing that coud help.

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=windows-1252"></HEAD>
<BODY></BODY></HTML>

Then I looked at my server logs to see if I could get an idea from them and again did not see anything specific.

[Mon Nov 19 18:03:21 2007] [error] [client 74.59.110.40] File does not exist: /usr/local/etc/httpd/vhosts/www.mydomainname.com/htdocs/templates/cleanandclear/css/..images/dot2.gif

Any other idea of what I can try would be appreciated.

Are you using any SEF ?
If yes, try turning it off.

What's the exact url (you can hide domain name) when it doesn't load pages ?

Additionally you can pm me any info.

Many thanks for the replies.
Okay, SEF is unpublished.
URL is www.coop.midland.com and login appears on everypage.

User registration, and user password reminder both work like a charm. Only the LOGIN fails to a blank page. Sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes for this blank page to appear.

What else can I send you as far as info goes and thanks again.

I suppose there is a "." to remove in your url ? ;)

I'm suspecting something misconfigured on the server's redirections or .htaccess file in your folder, ot the php sessions not enabled correctly, or folder not writable, or something along those lines...

Hello,

You seem to have a database corruption:
Go to components and select Community Builder Tools:

Run check community builder database.
Run Synchronize users.

Try login again.

If it's not working, use phpMyAdmin to access your database:

Check tables with overhead AND
Select Optimize tables (run repair if necessary)

If it's not working, then you have to reload / correct the following tables

mos_core_acl_aro
mos_core_acl_groups_aro_map

Hope this help
(this shall work)
