For those that are having problems, join the many people on this thread, after a long struggle I got it to work.

Here is a list of things that are affected with the upgrade.

1. Registration would not show on the FrontPage if you don’t followed the instructions, If you do not have “Allow User Registration” set as “yes, independently of global site setting”
