Userlist dont work? Go to: Component/Cb/Userlist and setup his. Thats all ;)

From another post by nant:

"...use the external web link option in 1.5 RC3 and just put the URl you see in the readme file."

So...create a new menu item as an external web link and put "index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=usersList" into the "Link" field. Works like a champ.
