Cant find user menu to complete step 8

Cant find user menu to complete step 8 was created by aloysiuswd
I am going through the steps of installation and I am stuck on step at for 1.5. It says to add new item to user menu. I cant seem to find the menu. I have gone to the menus and the only thing I have listed is the main menu. I am not sure if i am looking in the wrong place or if this user menu wasnt installed for some reason. Please help

Ok I think I got it. You want me to add a new menu called user menu.
The installation document makes it appear as if I should add it in a user menu which is not created yet. So that is where the problems lie.
