A few month ago CB suddenly stopped to send mails to users and admins. Other components like my PMS (Clexus) are still able to send mails.

While searching the forums I found many people having the same problem but none of their solutions work for me. Time to summarize the results of many discussions.

The facts:

• Joomla version: 1.0.13
• Community Builder version: 1.1
• mailing method: PHP Mailing Function
• mailing with a Contact Us form: works
• mailing with the mass mail function: works
• registration, confirmation and admin notification mailing: doesn't work

Usermanagement became a quite frustrating job when CB mails stopped to be delivered.
