IE 7 Error 400 com_profiler

IE 7 Error 400 com_profiler was created by paulmark
Internet Explorer v7 crashes on CB login (Joomla! ver 1.0.13) with following error message.
I have applied the J! 1.0.13 Fix.
CB login works fine in IE6 and Firefox.
Any ideas?
Error 400
We're sorry, but we could not fulfill your request for /index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=login on this server.
An invalid request was received. This may be caused by a malfunctioning proxy server. Bypass the proxy server and connect directly, or contact your proxy server administrator.
I have applied the J! 1.0.13 Fix.
CB login works fine in IE6 and Firefox.
Any ideas?
