Recently I have noticed a problem when trying to load the users details in the backend. When clicking on a name only the backend header with following message loads:

[code:1]
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 12582912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/studente/public_html/administrator/modules/mod_fullmenu.php on line 178[/code:1]

I've also noticed these charactes () above all other backend CB pages. Except the users details in the backend everything else works as it always has.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem and after searching the net i found the problem.

It's TAG BOM due to UTF-8 file in txt, php, ...
May be you have to read this www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-utf8-bom and after test with this people.w3.org/rishida/utils/bomtester/ .
Finaly to remove that BOM you need this 9k software because with dreamweaver it don't work.
