It is not in the download section of this site. Why is that so?

If only I could install this on 1.5RC3. It complains consistently "# FEHLER: Es konnte keine Joomla! XML-Setupdatei im Paket gefunden werden."

Is there anything you can point me to to get this loading?

@nant: I uploaded "release 2" to MosTree. Is this available now (and if not, why)?

Is this the final, official German translation for CB 1.1? Is it ready for use or just in experimental shape? If not, where can I find it?

I'm just asking because after my *experiences* with updating to Joomla 1.0.13 , I want to avoid further *adventures* like wasting my time by repairing a destroyed website.
