I am using Joomla 1.5.6 and CB 1.1

I am running a Danish site, and CB is using a Danish language plugin.

When i type in Danish letters such as æøå i get little question mark boxes. As shown in the following img which should display the letter ø.




I am sitting on a Mac, and i have sometimes experienced this issue with email - does it have something to do with the charset?

I beleve that is not a charset problem is just that you have to use the special code instead of the special character.

use:'& oslash;' (without spaces)instead "ø" in the language file.

It's easy thing to do just use the find an replace option in you php editor or notepad: find: "ø" replace: "& oslash;" and then hit replace all.
