Hi,

i had install this Modification. After that i have a new Menu(Button) "Poke". I dont know how i can use that. Where can i found Pokes, or have i forgot something in the installation-prozess?

Any ideas?

Thanks for making this!

Mutual friends seems to be working fine, but poke isn't.

If I click poke on anyone's profile, it gives a message saying "Do you want to poke [username]?", and if I click yes, it says "You have poked [user ID #] !."

The poke doesn't go through, though, as it's never received. I checked the new poke table in the DB as well - it's empty.

So could you take a look at what's happening?

Ditto, thanks for making this, I am testing this at www.martialedge.net however I have some big problems using this....

1) Poke doesnt seem to work, as amb9800 mentioned, the mutual friends seems to work but the poke feature doesnt work. when I hit poke, unlike amb9800 it doesnt ask me if I want to poke x.. it just says "You have poked 299!". Nothing happens after this, nothing is stored in the poke tables in the DB.

2) the ID (299) should be replaced with that persons username ideally

3) Sometimes sporadically (tested on both FF and IE) when poking it says something along the lines of "you cant poke yourself" (even when definately poking someone else) and logs me out.

If these could be sorted then when the business starts making some cash (soon!) I'd be happy to donate!..

alright, i guess i gave you an older version of the poke feature.
I will attach the files that i have on my server. it's working fine for me.
