Is it possible to have a registered user (while logged in) create a new user via the CB registration page on the frontend?

I've tried creating a menu item to CB's registration page (url: index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=registers), but when a registered user is already logged in and clicks the link it just says "You are already logged in".
