In "Edit Your Details" page, I noticed that the constant "_UE_UPLOAD_DIMENSIONS" is not defined and display just that. Also when I try to choosed one of the Image Gallery icons then I get a session expired error. I've attached a screen shot of the error and I have cookies enabled for all and I logged out and logged back in and still got this.

This was may doing, typo when I modified the comprofiler.html.php to add some space between the buttons at the bottom and the text above. I just restored the file from the original zip.
