Missing "firstname and lastname"

I'm having a similar problem with this error in Members List:
Following fields are in list but not visible in here for following reason(s):
Field "Username (username)" is not displayed on profile !
If you save list now, they will be removed from the list. If you want to keep them, cancel now and go to Components / CB / Field Manager.
I don't understand why it's saying Username (username) when I chose Name (username) in the Configuration.

Your issue is different here.
- "published" doesn't mean "on profile". you need to have "on profile" with 1 or 2 lines in the fields list, not a red cross
- Username (username) is : "Field Title (field name)"
