"Not Authorized" error

"Not Authorized" error was created by tryxter
I'm logged in as Super Administrator to the backend.
I go to CB > User Management, and I try to add a user with the "New" button. I fill in all the fields, and when I click on "Save" I get a popup message saying "Not Authorized". I click "ok", it refreshes the page, cleaning all the fields. Then I click "Cancel" and I get another popup saying "Plugin must have a name".
Any idea?
