Users cannot register

Users cannot register was created by D0gSoldi3r
For some reason Community builder has stopped working and nobody can no longer register, i get this error whenever somebody trys to register.

However if i try and register using this e-mail address i can register chrisstanage@yahoo.co.uk ????? why is it i can register with this e-mail without an error but using hotmail, gmail etc i get an error
I really need help with this one guys, can you help me
