You can use this to create multiple accounts (manually) in Joomla/CB that basically share the same mailbox.
I have replied to your other thread already regarding your family membership question.

I am interested too in thus kind of family suscription managemente by CBSUBS, Can i get the info as well?

I just tried it out for a group here, I modified the email address in CB backend.
I see 'error' shown below the email field, but it IS saved to the profile.
And now I've just gotten a couple of error mails:
554 delivery error: dd This user doesn't have a yahoo.dk account (dortexxx+mor@yahoo.dk) [0] - mta1077.mail.ukl.yahoo.com
This is with J2.5.8 and CB 1.9
The RFC5233 is a Standards proposal to Standards Track, but it is yet to be ratified, so it all depends on the server handling the mail.
