And that would be why I can't find it. Thanks! I'll wait until the next stable release is out and just disable CB until then. Sad, because I was really hoping to make a larger implementation of it on my site in the short term.

Looking back at the issues you reported - it does not look like there is something related to CB 2.0 that would be causing this.
I suggest you clone your site and do a test CB 2.0 upgrade on the cloned site - turn on Joomla debug to see what goes wrong if anything.

I had turned the error reporting to Development and got the errors quoted. Should I try again and see if anything is different?

You can assume that you have something currently installed on your CB 1.9.1 site (?) that is causing this issue.
