Email Special Project

Hope this is the right place to post this.

When a new user registers for access to our system, I'd like the system to compare the email address that they are registering with to a list of email address which I have.

Then, when they confirm their address, I'd then like them to be sent to a special part of my site which would be just for them.

Possible??

Where would I go to find someone to set this up for me?

Thanks,

Paul

Easiest method I can think of is design a plugin to check a list of emails then do a redirect. Can have it trigger upon login.

Not being a programmer, myself, would you have any suggestions where I could find someone who could accomplish this? I'd consider funding such a project, the releasing it to the community.

Thanks
