No access after install

Hi,

I've just installed cb 1.2 rc3 on joomla 1.0.15
i followed readme file step by step, after install, i couldn't access anymore to my site
when i try to go on frontend, i've got a white page with this message :

Error: No language file could be loaded.

i also tried french files that have been uploaded for rc2, nothing changed.

any idea ?

Looks very much like a mambot is missing a CB plugin (e.g. invite ? see our README...)
